March comes fast, and I like to have Women's History Month planned before the first week starts. These are the resources I pull from for my middle and high school students. The Women's History Bundle has activities, a word wall, puzzles and choice boards, and the Women's Profile Bundle gives students biography research pages for an interactive notebook. You can teach them as a full week of lessons or spread them out across the month.
Celebrate Women's History Month with impactful resources that highlight the achievements and contributions of women throughout history. Providing engaging lesson plans, activities, and printables can help educators inspire students to appreciate women's roles in shaping society.

A tip from my classroom
Let students choose the woman they research instead of assigning names. I keep a list on the board that goes past the few names everyone already knows, with women from science, sports, government and our own state. Then each student shares one fact as a bell ringer, so the class hears about someone new almost every morning in March. At the end of the month, students can turn their research into a short profile to hang in the hallway.
